FAQ

Straight answers before we start building.

Commercial model, licensing, AI, security, support and handover — the questions worth discussing early.

Common questions

If something is missing, we will cover it in the first call.

How does an engagement start?+

Usually with a 30-minute online conversation about one real process. We understand the problem first, then decide whether a defined project or ongoing capacity makes more sense.

What is the difference between a project and ongoing development?+

A project has a bounded goal and scope. Ongoing capacity is better when automation, application and support needs keep changing month by month.

Do you also build AI solutions?+

Yes. We use AI for concrete business work such as document and email processing, enterprise search, summarisation, information extraction, assistants and agents. We also design the necessary permissions and human review.

Do we need separate Microsoft or Azure licences?+

Not always. Some solutions fit within existing Microsoft 365 rights; premium connectors, Dataverse or Azure services may add cost. We make this visible during solution design.

Does the solution remain ours if we stop working together?+

Yes. Solutions built in your environment remain in your environment. We design for handover and maintainability from the start.

Can you work with our internal IT or development team?+

Yes. We can act as extra delivery capacity, a specialist partner or an architecture and governance partner alongside the internal team.

What systems can you integrate?+

Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, Microsoft Graph and external REST APIs are common examples. More complex cases may use Logic Apps, Azure Functions or a custom backend.

How do you approach security?+

We work with least-privilege access and prefer solutions that stay within the customer's own environment where practical. The exact security and data model depends on the systems and company requirements involved.
